Each survey card shows the expected length in minutes before you start, so you can pick one that fits your time. Lengths vary from survey to survey. Please answer carefully and honestly: the research company checks the answers, and rushed or inconsistent answers can be rejected.

Research companies look for specific groups of people. If your answers show that a survey is not meant for you, or enough people have already answered, it ends early — this is called a screen-out. It does not mean you did anything wrong; simply pick the next survey.

Every survey you complete earns you level points and moves you up. There are 6 levels: level 2 starts at 100 level points, level 6 at 1500 level points. Higher levels let you send more e-mail invitations.

No. You sign up with Google, Apple or your e-mail address; joining never requires an ID document or a phone number. You must be at least 18 — we check this against the date of birth you give.

We protect your data with industry-standard security. Research companies only receive a pseudonymous ID and the profile and screening details needed for their survey — never your name or e-mail address. In the Privacy Center of your account you can download a copy of your data at any time and delete your account once no gift-card payout is still being processed.
