Use any feature freely
Every feature is unlocked from day one. Credits are deducted automatically as you collect responses, generate reports, or export data.
Stay in control
Monitor your balance in real-time. Set up auto-recharge to never run out. Your raw data is always free to export, even with zero balance.
Your credits never expire. If you delete your account, your remaining purchased credit balance will be refunded. Free sign-up credits are non-refundable.
For enterprise customers with individual agreements (WorkspaceLicense), the terms of that agreement take precedence over this general refund policy. Refund terms for enterprise accounts are defined in the respective volume or service agreement.
